Roasting is a delicate and complex process, which never occurs in the country of origin because, once accomplished the roasting, after a first positive phase in which the roasted been ripens, begins a rapid process of loss of aromas and coffee becomes particularly sensitive to moisture and to the absorption of other odors.
Conserving the roasted coffee in the right way is very important both for hygienic reasons and to avoid contamination with substances such as oxygen which causes oxidation, and the moisture for molds.
Therefore, once roasted and cooled, we recommend to place coffee inside our containers, called indeed dispensers.
These containers don’t store only the coffee, but they also have the function to ripen and discharge the product
